Device Delivered by Field Agent
Purpose-engineered device — right features per merchant segment, not one-size-all. A field agent delivers the soundbox to a merchant. No training. No quality check. The device may have a discharged battery — unable to power on without 10-15 mins of charging. Most merchants assume it is broken. Many never use it.

Parallel Charging: First Heartbeat Registered
Our parallel charging feature means the moment the merchant plugs in the charger, the device powers on immediately — no wait. It latches to the network and sends its first heartbeat to our backend. This heartbeat is the source of truth: the merchant has the device and it is alive.

No Heartbeat? Automated Intervention Fires
If no heartbeat is received within a defined window post-delivery, our system automatically triggers an AI agent call or a field team visit. The non-heartbeat is the trigger. The deployment is not registered as complete until the heartbeat confirms merchant activation.

Network Quality Alert: Wrong SIM, Right Action
Post-deployment, our system reads the Signal to Noise Ratio value from the device. If signal quality is poor, we identify whether it is a genuine coverage gap or the wrong telecom SIM. We send an immediate alert to the field agent with a recommendation: 'Replace SIM with Operator B at this location.' The deployment is not registered in the field agent's name until the right SIM is confirmed.

Battery Conserved during Non Operating Hours
Device Management System analyses each merchant's transaction history to identify their operating window — the hours they are actively accepting payments. Outside this window, the device's non-essential functions are throttled from the backend, eliminating idle battery drain during non-operating hours. The device resumes full operating mode automatically before the merchant opens the next morning. No merchant action required. No Field Agent visit needed. Pure system-driven efficiency

No Heartbeat Detected: While Payments Continue
Device Management System detects absence of heartbeat. Rather than acting on a single signal, it cross-references the full device health picture — battery level, discharge rate, SIM SINR, broadcast latency and charging pattern — to determine root cause with precision. Resolution follows a strict channel hierarchy: digital first (CLM trigger or in-app alert); AI-assisted call if unresolved; field dispatch only when remote resolution is not possible. Each escalation is signal-justified — no channel activates until the previous one has been exhausted

Intellipe is built by operators, not theorists. Our founding team has spent years managing one of the world's largest offline payment merchant networks — acquiring, activating, and retaining over 15 million merchants across geographies, managing 25,000+ field agents, and engineering device operations at a scale that exposed every failure mode the industry faces. We have lived the problem of silent merchant churn, false device replacements, SIM cost inefficiency, and field agent's leakage — not as consultants observing from the outside, but as the team accountable for the P&L impact of each.
