    Purpose-engineered device — right features per merchant segment, not one-size-all. A gig worker delivers the soundbox to a merchant. No training. No quality check. The device may have a discharged battery — unable to power on without 10-15 mins of charging. Most merchants assume it is broken. Many never use it.

    Parallel Charging: First Heartbeat Registered

    Our parallel charging feature means the moment the merchant plugs in the charger, the device powers on immediately — no wait. It latches to the network and sends its first heartbeat to our backend. This heartbeat is the source of truth: the merchant has the device and it is alive.

    No Heartbeat? Automated Intervention Fires

    FIELD ALERT DISPATCHED

    If no heartbeat is received within a defined window post-delivery, our system automatically triggers an AI agent call or a field team visit. The non-heartbeat is the trigger. The deployment is not registered as complete until the heartbeat confirms merchant activation.

    SINR Alert: Wrong SIM, Right Action

    Post-deployment, our system reads the SINR value from the device. If signal quality is poor, we identify whether it is a genuine coverage gap or the wrong telecom SIM. We send an immediate alert to the field agent with a recommendation: 'Replace SIM with Operator B at this location.' The deployment is not registered in the field agent's name until the right SIM is confirmed.

    Battery Intelligence: Auto-Off at Closing Time

    Using the merchant's business app, the merchant sets their shop closing time. Our platform switches the device off from the backend at that time — preventing battery drain during non-operating hours. A push notification is sent the next morning as a switch-on reminder.
